Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content that engages audiences, drives brand awareness, and generates leads for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to align with clients’ branding and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
