Fleet Manager Role:
Remuneration: $29.00 – $53.00 NZD / per hour

We are seeking a proactive and creative Fleet Manager to join our team in Christchurch.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules.
• Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate vehicle acquisition, registration, insurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with service providers, repair workshops, and insurance companies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Analyze fleet performance data and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
• Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to company policies and transportation regulations.
