> GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES  Separation of good parts and defective parts at dedicated store rooms.  Managing free of cost (foc) and paid spares according to the customer at inventory .  Sending defective parts back to head office for recycle by making delivery challans .  Managing dealer side warranty and paid as well as consumable spares to avoid shortage .  Handling dealers calls and customers calls during breakdowns for technical support.  Managing out of warranty quotations and service charges and invoices . > TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES  Installation and troubleshooting of automotive machines such as wheel alignment ,wheel balancer, tyre changer nitrogen inflators, 2W hydrolic ramps .  Installation and troubleshooting of body shop machines such as dent pullers ,spot welders ,dent body pullers and plasma cutters etc .  Installation and troubleshooting of washing equipments such as auto car washer touchless car washer under chassis car washer and triple plenger pumps etc .  Installation and troubleshooting of government linked projects such as test lane centers ,drum skimming machines ,auto bus washers ,jumbo tyre changers etc.ta  Taking follow ups with customers for amc and camc to avoid warranty void.  Providing technical support to breakdowns in case emergency.  Building strong bond and well co ordination with oems and private customers .  As as service engineer having connectivity to all over karnataka oems and private customers and traveled for sites in karnataka for above installation and troubleshooting. > ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES i. Operating (CCS customer care system ) application portal to log and close calls . ii. Raising FOC and delivering parts directly to customer from head office . iii. Attending machinery product trainings monthly and quarterly . iv. Attending spares and inventory management trainings HO. v. Well educated in company ports such as Darwin box ,elgi business system ,elgi intranet ,companies outlook etc .

> TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES I) maintenance of 1 1000volts HT panel 2) maintenance of step down Transformers 3) maintenance of 440 volt 3phase LT panels 4) maintenance of Capacitor panels and maintaining the power factor of plant to reduce the penalty over power supply. 5) troubleshooting and taking care of main and distribution control panels. 6) maintenance of lighting and heating circuits throughout palnt. 7) maintenance of Uninterrupted power supply UPS. 8) maintenance and controlling of Air conditioning units. 9) maintenance and troubleshooting of European based VTEQ automotive diagnosis machines. I O) maintenance and troubleshooting of SMC emission testing machines.

> GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Working knowledge on Preventive Maintenance, Schedule Maintenance and attending major breakdown. Planning for shut down activities and off day preventive maintenance of machines in shop. Knowledge about Break oil, TA oil, Radiator coolant oil filling machine. Knowledge about critical spares planning & procure the same. Knowledge on Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Carryout the Permanent measures for Breakdowns. Maintenance of DG sets Diesel coolant and engine oil checking and maintaining at proper level, Taking care of capacitor panel power panel and control panel & Maintenance of break and suspension and speed testing vteq machines Maintenance of compressors blowers extractors . > TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshooting of Engine assembly, transaxle assembly and test rig machines. Programming of Vision sensor(Keyence). Analyzing the root cause for down time & taking the Permanent Corrective Actions. Conducting PM activity and Breakdown analysis of all the machines. Conducting Layered audit and recognizing abnormalities and correcting the same.  ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 'Preparation of Daily Report and Why-why analysis for major breakdowns. 'Preparation of monthly report Such as CAPA, MTTR and MTBF. 'Preparation of EFD and SOP diagrams for Shop floor equipmqnts . 'Following the techniques like Kaizen, 5'S and LOTO. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of machines, as per plan. 'Planning and requesting for spares parts procurement. 'Resolved Equipment concerns with suppliers. Preparing the budget for new maintenance equipment and executing as per the plan budget tracking for machine spares .
